Wolf Hire provides recruitment and staffing services, including but not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, personality assessment (Wolf Pack Assessment), and placement services. Our services are designed to match qualified candidates with suitable employment opportunities.
Users of our services agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Candidates agree that all information submitted, including resumes, assessments, and personal details, is accurate and complete. Employers agree that job descriptions and company information provided are truthful and non-discriminatory.
Wolf Hire's fee structure is outlined in individual service agreements with employer clients. Fees are based on the engagement model selected (Contingent, Retained, or Volume). Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. There is no cost to candidates for our recruitment services.
Wolf Hire treats all candidate and client information with strict confidentiality. Personal data, resumes, assessment results, and company information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties without explicit consent.
All content, branding, assessment methodologies (including Wolf Pack Assessment), and proprietary scoring algorithms are the intellectual property of Wolf Hire and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Wolf Hire strives to provide the highest quality recruitment services but does not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not liable for any decisions made by employers or candidates based on our assessments or recommendations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
