Traditional hiring relies heavily on resumes and interviews. But decades of research show that these methods are surprisingly poor predictors of on-the-job success. Resumes tell you about someone's past. Interviews are easily influenced by bias and first impressions. Neither reliably predicts how someone will actually perform in your specific environment.
That's why we developed Test of a Titan, our proprietary behavioral assessment designed specifically for the recruitment context.
How It Works
Test of a Titan measures four key behavioral dimensions that predict workplace success: Drive, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Every candidate completes a 12-question assessment that reveals their natural behavioral tendencies.
Drive: How someone approaches challenges and authority. High-Drive individuals are decisive, competitive, and results-oriented.
Influence: How someone interacts with and persuades others. High-Influence individuals are enthusiastic, collaborative, and socially dynamic.
Steadiness: How someone approaches pace and consistency. High-Steadiness individuals are patient, reliable, and team-oriented.
Conscientiousness: How someone approaches rules and quality. High-Conscientiousness individuals are analytical, detail-focused, and systematic.
Why It Matters
When we work with a client, we don't just assess candidates in isolation. We work together to define the ideal behavioral profile for each role, based on the team dynamics, the challenges of the position, and the company culture. Then we score each candidate against that profile.
The result is a culture-fit score that, when combined with skills assessment, video introductions, and application completeness, forms our 100-point weighted scoring engine. Clients receive a data-driven shortlist with full transparency into why we recommend each candidate.
